18-Year-Old Jordyn Decedric Campbell Killed in West Charlotte Drive-By Shooting

CHARLOTTE, NC – An 18-year-old man, Jordyn Decedric Campbell, was fatally shot in a drive-by incident early Sunday morning in west Charlotte, local authorities confirmed.

The shooting occurred at approximately 12:50 a.m. in the 3200 block of Nobles Avenue, a residential area near West Boulevard, close to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene following reports of gunfire and found Campbell suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead on-site.

Campbell, a local rapper deeply connected to the Charlotte community, has left family, friends, and supporters in mourning. His sudden and tragic death has shocked those who knew him and touched many in the area.
